The good folks at Clampitt Paper were kind enough to donate two weekends this semester to hold their famous Paper School exclusively for UNT Communication Design students. At the Clampitt Paper School, attendees learn the basics of paper manufacturing and economics, the differences between coated and uncoated stocks, industry terminology and much more. This is a new Experience Passport requirement for all sophomores in the program, but everyone is invited to attend.
The first session is reserved exclusively for sophomores:
Saturday, October 8th, 8:30–11:00am
The second session is open to all other class levels:
Saturday, November 5th, 8:30–11:00am
9207 Ambassador Row
Dallas, TX 75247
We are hoping to schedule an additional session early in the Spring semester, but I encourage you not to wait.
